We got the guest book last night! I was really nervous about how it would turn out. I made it myself using Picaboo (which I highly recommend for online book creation) and got to the point where I was so frustrated that I just hit Order Book. How many times can you stare at a single page to make sure the pictures look good on opposite sides of the binding, that the frames line up just perfectly and wonder if you actually do want to put a picture of Travis sticking his tongue out at me for all of our friends and family to see? Well, I decided that I needed to stare at least 1,000 times before I was sure. I made it to about 756 before I ordered. Anyway, I digress. IT LOOKS GREAT!! That's one more item checked off the to-do list.
Round II of Natalie's Wedding Craft Party is slowly being planned. I won't subject my amazing friends to any hole-punching this time but there will be lots of glue and tape and general craziness. The venue has now been fully paid for (thank you, MOB!!) and the dress is preparing for a final fitting (gulp). We're in the home stretch, Ladies and Gents!
My dear friend and BM is having her own Wedding Craft Party this weekend so I will be at her house working on the same madness that I subject my crew to. So excited!! Next weekend, Memorial Day weekend, we will be guests at TWO weddings and I am so looking forward to them both. We just booked our hotel room for a Chicago wedding in July but are still praying to the Southwest Airlines Pricing Gods to give us a good sale in the next couple of weeks. Yes, I downloaded DING! on my computer. The good news in all of this...
