If I had my act together, this is what tomorrow morning would consist of:
Friends start arriving at my house around 3am MT. This allows plenty of time to fill up on mimosas, scones and teacakes prior to the ceremony. All guests will be dressed in their British finest, hats required. Traditional English breakfast will be served. We will have a wall of TVs covering every channel broadcasting - first person to spot Victoria and David Beckham wins a tiara. All TVs will be changed to the first station that shows a glimpse of the dress. Immediate tweeting will commence.
As Kate, err Catherine, makes her way into the Abbey, we will debate the seating chart and wonder where our seats are, had we chosen to accept the invite that we all received.
We will continue to drink mimosas throughout the ceremony as we follow along with the official program as posted on the Royal Wedding Website.
Upon conclusion of the ceremony, all guests will take turns practicing their wave by walking a specified route through the living room. Winner receives a tiara. Bets will be taken regarding the scene for The Kiss. My bet is that Pippa will be seen in the background chugging from a bottle.
As the reception begins, hats must be changed to one more appropriate for dancing. The Living Room Dance Party of 2011 will then begin.
If only...
